My name is Erika Kokrak, originally from Hungary, now I've brought my method to Spain. I qualified in London, UK in 2003 in Reflexology, Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy, On-Site Massage, Manual Lymph Drainage and Indian Head Massage and have continued my professional training over the years in fertility and maternity reflexology.

Over the years, my work has moved more and more towards gentle, deeply relaxing treatments that help people slow down, feel safe, and truly unwind. Today, I offer my specialised treatments in Sabadell, at Virginia Romero Salon  and in Sant Cugat at Estudi de Massatge Holistic Sant Cugat with a special focus on reflexology aiming for your deep relaxation, fertility-, maternity- and menopause support.

Why this work matters to me

One of the things I love most is seeing a client let go — when the body softens, the breathing changes, and the whole person begins to relax.

In a world that feels rushed, overstimulating, and often disconnected, I believe gentle, caring touch matters more than ever. For me, treatments like reflexology and Indian Head Massage therapy are not only about relaxation. They are also about comfort, presence, and giving someone a quiet moment where they do not have to do anything, fix anything, or hold everything together.

That is one of the reasons I find these treatments so special. It feels deeply caring. It helps people unwind in a very natural, simple way, and often brings a kind of calm that is hard to find in everyday life.

A treatment I truly believe in

Even within my own family, I've seen how deeply calming gentle therapeutic touch can be. It has reinforced my belief that true relaxation can have a profound effect on both body and mind.

It reminds me that deep relaxation does not always need to be complicated. Sometimes what people need most is to feel soothed, looked after, and allowed to fully switch off.

That is the spirit I bring into my work: calm, care, professionalism, and a genuine wish for every client to leave feeling lighter, more settled, and deeply relaxed.

My treatments are always professional, respectful, and tailored to the individual.

I begin with a short consultation to understand what you need and what kind of treatment would suit you best. Some clients come for stress relief and better rest. Others are looking for fertility or maternity support. Some are simply longing for a more gentle, nurturing, and deeply restorative treatment experience.
